PZO: How did you know you wanted to act?
Theo: I have always wanted to act. Its been a part of me that Ive
always wanted to do since I was little. Ever since I was little I always
put on little shows, so acting has been with be since forever. I always
wanted to be the center of attention.
PZO:
Do you get star struck meeting sports stars on "The Jersey"?
Theo: Yeah, I do and especially when its someone that Im a
real big fan of. When we had David Wells on I was pretty star struck.
Also because he pitched a perfect game and I was able to watch it.
PZO:
What sports are you into, both watching and playing?
Theo: Im mostly into extreme sports. Skateboarding, BMX, surfing,
snowboarding, all of that kind of stuff. As far as traditional sports
go basketball and football are all I watch.
PZO:
What are your plans after "The Jersey"? Are you going to focus
on school? Or do studies and acting at the same time?
Theo: I plan on doing both school and acting. Although I dont want
to stick with television shows because I want to move onto movies. [See
Theo in AI: Artificial Intelligence]
PZO:
Are there any other movies or theater plays you're currently working on
or looking in to?
Theo: Right now Im in AI, the new Steven Spielberg movie. Other
than that Im in a new McDonalds commercial. Right now everything
is pretty slow, its just the time of season. In a month things will
begin to pick up.
PZO:
Do you mind giving up the fun teenage years to be working
all the time?
Theo: I have mixed feelings on that. Sometimes I do feel like Im
missing out on a lot, but at the same time being able to work on a TV
show is a lot of fun. Although I feel like I miss out on some stuff it
is worth it.
PZO: I heard you play guitar. When you play your instrument, what kind
of music do you play?
Theo: I play all kinds of stuff. I like to play Weezer and some old stuff,
the Beatles, the Doors that type of stuff.
PZO:
What kind of bands/singers are you into?
Theo: Im into almost every kind of music. Right now Ive been
listening to a lot of Weezer. Thats about it with the new stuff.
Im not really into the new alternative music. I dont really
like the direction its going into. Ive been listening to a
lot of classic oldies and classic rock. Like the Who, Cream, and all that.
PZO:
Which one of the cast members on "The Jersey" have you become
real good friends with?
Theo: I became good friends with the girl on the show, Courtnee Draper.
PZO:
How do you feel when you watch yourself on the screen?
Theo: Its weird. I dont know. Sometimes I like watching myself
on TV, but other times I just think what I could have done differently.
Im very critical when I watch myself.
PZO: What are one of your favorite memories while on the set of "The
Jersey"?
Theo: Theres so many. One of my favorite things we do is when we
have a table read with every new script. We get to read the script for
the first time and everyone is there. We get to read the script out so
the writers can make any changes if they have any.
PZO: Any weird fan moments (stalkers, etc...)?
Theo: Has any fan stalked me? Nobody has stalked me quite yet. When "The
Jersey" was shooting in Tampa, I think it was Tampa, and we were
shooting at a school. I was walking by the school building, the whole
top floor in the windows, there were people sticking their heads out and
TONS of paper airplanes coming down. The entire cast began to look at
them and there were phone numbers on all of them.
PZO:
Do you use pick up lines? If so... Which one is your best one?
Theo: Do I use any pick up lines? <laughter> I think pick up lines
are stupid. I think the best pick up line that anyone gave is Hello
and introduce yourself. Youre so fine I can drink a tub of your
bath water. All of the pick up lines are stupid.
PZO:
Do you have any quotes that you live by?
Theo: Yeah, its one by Abraham Lincoln. It is better to be
silent and be thought a fool than to speak and remove all doubt."
