Los Angeles, CA (April 3, 2008) – Multi-platinum two-time Grammy-winning rock band Linkin Park has announced the much-anticipated lineup for Projekt Revolution 2008. The fifth installation of the band's raging road show will see them headlining an all-star bill that features former Soundgarden/Audioslave frontman Chris Cornell, electro-rockers The Bravery and Ashes Divide, featuring Billy Howerdel, known for his work with A Perfect Circle. The Revolution stage will be headlined by metallic act Atreyu and features hard hitters 10 Years, fiery Ohio natives Hawthorne Heights and buzz band Armor For Sleep. The wait for American fans of the Scottish-born singer-songwriter KT Tunstall to perform stateside is finally over as the multi-platinum artist launches her first full U.S. tour in support of her latest album Drastic Fantastic this spring. Opening the shows will be singer-songwriter Paddy Casey.

The tour — which begins May 3rd in San Diego, CA, and continues through the end of May — will be a close up personal affair, with Tunstall on acoustic guitar duties while the rest of the band perform various other unplugged acoustic instruments, such as double bass, harmonium, and mandolin. It will well suit the warm, rootsy tone of Tunstall’s songs, taken from Drastic Fantastic, her Acoustic Extravaganza record, and her best-selling 2006 debut Eye to the Telescope.

Onesidezero has announced they have parted ways with guitarist Levon Sultanian. A statement from the group reads as follows:

"We have decided to part ways with Levon due to creative and personal differences," says frontman Jasan Radford. "The past 11 years that Levon and I played together were some of the best times and some of the hardest, but as time goes on sometimes things change and you grow apart. He will be missed, but we will continue and I see Onesidezero having a strong and positive 2008. A special thanks to everyone for supporting Onesidezero.”

The band will continue to support their recently released, self-titled, sophomore album with short headlining tour of the West Coast to round out the year, including a spot on 104.7 The Edge’s "Not So Silent Night” show with Atreyu, Five Finger Death Punch and Fair To Midland. Onesidezero will kick off 2008 with a European tour alongside ADEMA and RE:IGNITION.

Waxploitation announced two items of good news today relating to its work benefiting Darfur. The label's 'Causes 1' Darfur benefit album far exceeded first week expectations, debuting at #32 on the iTunes album chart and virtually selling out it's first CD pressing in pre-orders alone. "This level of attention is not something we were expecting, given how grassroots our marketing efforts have been. But it shows the strength of the fans and artists who participated and the enormous desire to help in Darfur." says Waxploitation founder Jeff Antebi. "It's quite telling that on iTunes people have chosen to buy the album, instead of cherry picking individual songs. That says people are aware of how important the donation is." In addition, Waxploitation announced today it will launch its upcoming Darfur Benefit Auction on Thursday, December 6. The forefathers of French electro-house music, Daft Punk, will release a live album - entitled Daft Punk Alive 2007 on November 20th, 2007. The album was recorded at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, an 18,000-capacity sports arena in Paris, on June 14th, 2007, the CD
captures the exuberant multi-media spectacle of Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo's first hometown show in 10 years in front of a capacity crowd of thrilled fans. Virgin Records will release the album as a single CD edition and as a two-disc set packaged as a bound
book. The latter, an enhanced cd, features five extra tracks from the show's encore and 50 pages of photographs shot on tour.
